I was referred to Dr Nguyen and I cant say enough amazing things about her and her whole team. Everyone made me feel well taken care of. She was very transparent and upfront about costs. Never once tried to upsell on unnecessary additional services like other dental practices.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. (And I’ve had a lot of dental work) They’ve done amazing things for me, so friendly and professional. My insurance recently changed and I was horrified they wouldn’t take my new insurance bc I did not want to leave them. My wife goes there now as well and some other friends. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, the visit was incredibly efficient and professional. • Punctuality: My appointment started right on time. There was virtually no wait after checking in, which I really appreciated. • Preparation: The staff was excellent at explaining the process. Before the exam, they walked me through each step—from taking vitals to signing consents—so I knew exactly what to expect. • No "Chair Wait": One of the best parts was that the dentist arrived immediately after my preparation was complete. • Quality of Care: The dentist was highly skilled and knowledgeable. She was very attentive, explaining everything as she worked, which made me feel at ease. The results were excellent. *This is NOT Ai Generated* It took me awhile to write this review because I do like to gatekeep, but I'll share this gem with y'all because I stumbled upon this place myself via an online review. This dentist's office saved my teeth, my time, and it saved me money! Let me explain. Firstly, the office was clean, the staff was professional and phenomenal, the appointment started on time, my concerns were addressed, there was no fear mongering, and they have Netflix (I cancelled my subscription so this was an added bonus for me 🤣). Secondly, prior to finding Dr. Nguyen, I went to 4 different dentists here in Austin (all were complete duds with silly technology that served no purpose whatsoever and they were incompetent). Lastly, my teeth were actually cleaned, thoroughly might I add, and I wasn't sold anything! Dr. Nguyen inspected my teeth herself and gave me the game plan. I even requested an extra visit per year. I was on the verge of just flying out to my previous dentist in Florida every 4 months, but now I don't need to any longer. Thanks Dr. Nguyen and staff (especially the young lady who cleaned my teeth) and I'll see ya soon.

I recently decided to switch to a new, more local dentist and I genuinely could not be happier with my decision to come to The Tooth Inc. As someone who has a lot of anxiety around dentists, Dr. Nguyen has made me feel so safe and welcomed and the entire staff is very friendly. I had to reschedule my first appointment the morning of due to waking up ill and they were so accommodating and kind. They take the time to walk you through everything, are very upfront regarding costs, and don’t push you to get any unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing. They even have TVs on the ceiling! If you’re looking for a new dentist, highly highly recommend

I chose The Tooth Inc for my first visit because it’s close to my work and has excellent reviews, and it definitely lived up to its rating. The check‑in process was seamless since I was able to complete the paperwork online in advance, and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Nguyen and the entire team: the assistant, hygienist, and receptionist were professional, kind, and very detail‑oriented. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made my visit both smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone wanting efficient and patient‑focused dental care.

Without a doubt, I love going to the dentist now! I have a hard time staying on track with oral hygiene. Dr. Nguyen, Noor, and all the women at The Tooth Inc make me feel comfortable and helped me improve my oral health. Highly recommend. Clean and calming office space, there’s tvs for where you’re laying on your back too!

Excellent experience overall. After moving to Austin, I needed to find a new dentist and chose this office based on my research. Scheduling the initial appointment was straightforward, and they provided an online portal to complete all paperwork in advance—saving the usual 30 minutes at the office. On the day of my visit, everything was well-organized and on time. They performed full-mouth X-rays using a modern standing machine, and the team made every effort to keep the process comfortable and pain-free. They also offered helpful guidance on improving my gum health. The staff was attentive, professional, and courteous throughout. I would highly recommend this practice.

there's a reason I've been going here for years. Dr Nguyen is professional, polite, competent, and one of the best dentists I've been to in Austin. Her practice is friendly, accommodating, and flexible. They are always willing to work with clients to offer the highest quality dental care at the most affordable prices. Dr Nguyen has a positive attitude, cares about her workers and her patients. She always does what's best for everyone. I highly recommend The Tooth Inc!
